Oktober 28th was the 70th birthday of my pop-pop in the US and I went there to celebrate him along with my brother and my danish grand parents. We ate and drank and got around. We visited a few sites around the area, but most of it we had already seen. NYC is always fun along with visiting the Amish and the Mennonites...

My friend Liz flew home from North Carolina and we went to visit my friend Aileen at her college near Philadelphia. We went out and I had my first legal visit to an american bar...A beer: $ 1,5, drinks $ 2....a lot cheaper than Denmark...The downside is the fact that the bars close at 2 a.m. But life is still fun when you have neighbours with beer...

On the way home from PA, the plane couldn't land on Iceland so we landed in Glasgow...here we waited 16 hours for a flight to Cph...IcelandAir is cheap, but incompetent! At least they gave us, after me complaining several times, 1600DKKR to dine for in Denmark.
